Paying For Your Building
You can pay cash or we offer 90 days same as cash, and 24, 36, 48, and 60 month rent to own financing.
Things You Need to Know
Free Delivery up to 150 Miles on New Builds and 75 Miles on Lot Buildings!
Our RENT-TO-OWN plan allows you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business, when and where you need it. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your building. You may pay off your building at any time with no penalty.
All new buildings have a 6-Year Workmanship Warranty. Pre-Owned Buildings are sold "As Is." We are not responsible for permits or code restraints.
Delivery Permit Fees
- For 14' wide buildings there is a $300 permit fee for the driver to be able to haul the building.
- For 16' wide buildings there is a $500 permit fee for the driver to be able to haul the building.
- Permit fees can be added to the rent to own option.
